These terms govern your use of the Shah Accountancy website and the engagement of our services. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to the following terms.
Formal accounting services begin only once a signed engagement letter is in place, outlining scope, fees and responsibilities for both parties.
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause of services until settled.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information required to prepare accounts and returns.
While we take all reasonable care, Shah Accountancy's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable for work completed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
